About us.

Arcade Law is Dries Faingnaert and Martijn Baert.

After each spending close to 10 years at the leading employment law firm in Belgium, we founded Arcade Law in the summer of 2019. During the last decade, we both specialized in employment law in general and global mobility & corporate immigration in particular. 

With almost 20 years of combined experience in the field, we are regularly invited to speak at seminars for clients and lawyers. We often publish articles and books on corporate immigration, global workforce compliance and international employment law.

We are both qualified lawyers, registered at the Brussels Bar. That means we are subject to strict ethical rules, which you can find here.

Our offices are situated at Rue des Colonies 18-24, right in the heart of Brussels.
