- Belgian citizenship. We have a wealth of experience with the rather more complex Belgian nationality rules. We can advise you if and when you are eligible for Belgian citizenship, and what steps you will have to undertake.
- We assist with obtaining immigration clearance to set up a Belgian business. Every successful business starts with a good idea. But as a non-EU self-employed, you will usually also need a professional card and a residence permit to work and live in Belgium. We guide you through the process, step by step.
- Bringing families together. You are a foreign national and have found a job in Belgium. Congratulations! However, you may want to bring your family members to Belgium. We assist you throughout the complex family reunification procedures.
- Employment & dismissal. We regularly assist private clients in employment discussions with their employer, especially in case of dismissal or repatriation. We try to negotiate where possible, but will take your case before the labour tribunal if that's what it takes. We are particularly experienced in employment litigation with an international element, but handle purely Belgian cases as well.
